This is so fantastic! While HaveaHeart Otjiwarongo was busy with it’s spay day, Otjiwarongo SPCA joined and offered free dipping for every dog!
24 dogs and 8 cats have been sterilised during the spay day and the SPCA dipped over 70 dogs!!!!
What a great team effort and it shows again: lots of people can move mountain!
