Little Kosmos is one of the lucky guys we have been able to help 
Kosmos lives with his family in Omdel location and when he came to see Dr Winterbach for his neuter operation four weeks ago in November, it turned out Kosmos was very sick with tick bite fever 
He was way too sick to be operated, but he was put on antibiotics for three weeks and this saved his life!
Last week Kosmos finally was healthy enough for his operation, vaccination and anti parasite treatment 
And because of the fact he is a member of the Have a Heart family, he will from now on have his parasite treatment – which costs less than N$ 5 per injection – regularly.
