Did you know – the global population of domestic dogs is estimated to be 700 million?! Sadly around 75% of all dogs are free-roaming/stray. Stray animals typically experience poor health and welfare; they often have inadequate diets and a high disease burden.
Have-a-Heart is working towards a Namibia where no animal is destined to become a stray. By sterilizing dogs and cats across no and low income communities we aim to reduce and eventually eliminate stray animals in a humane and sustainable way.
